Wiki Billing Forms for Psych Inpatient

We are getting ready to open up an inpatient hospital psychiatric ward with about 50 beds.
We have been talking about what type(s) of forms to use for the daily patient billing.
I suggested a form that can list multiple patients vs using a seperate billing/encounter form for each patient.
Does anybody out there do this type of billing and have any suggestions?

I dont know if it matters how many patients are on each encounter sheet. What I would recommend is that the docs hold them until the patient is DC'd (or you can) to ensure you are capturing charges for every day seen) I was doing inpt and multiple docs would see pt during the admission. Each would submit different sheet. I had to constantly sort and hold and wait to be sure I got charges for all days. It was a pain.

inpatient billing

we have multiple docs see the patients during an inpatient stay so what we did was do a weekly billing sheet for each patient - the doc signs off on the code that they want billed for the date they saw the patient. These are turned into the billing clerk at the end of the week
