Wiki Billing from a Location under renovations

I have a question about a service location that is under renovations. Can you bill for services that are performed at this location if we have a temporary building or mobile unit at that location during the renovation? If we use a mobile unit would be have to bill with Place of Service 51 or would we use Place of Service 11 for office visit?
