Hi, are we not supposed to bill G0318 if 69209 or 69210 is already on the claim? Is that because modifier 25 can’t be added to G0318? Thank you!

Hi there, if you're asking if the prolonged service code can be appended to a cerumen removal code: No, it can't. It can only be reported with the appropriate primary E/M code.

I recommend using an online bundling edit tool to see whether you can report different services together. Medicare administrative contractors have free ones.
