Wiki Billing G0442 when using CAGE Questionnaire

My clinic has a new PA that is charging for G0442 and G0444 along with 99395. They are using the CAGE questionnaire for G0442. Is this billable? From what I have seen the counseling needs to be for 15 mins and not a checklist. I believe this also goes for the depression screening. Is this correct?
