Wiki Billing hydration with stim testing

I just started billing for a pediatric endocrinology clinic and they perform Arginine-R-Gene Stim testing. When they do this testing they also perform hydration. I want to bill the hydration with the stim testing my by coding supervisor is saying not to! Is it allowed and if so where can I get it in writing! Thank you so much!! :eek:
