Billing infusion/therapeutic IVP the day after surgery

I know that most infusion and therapeutic IVP that are related to the surgery are bundled with the surgery the day of the surgery but what about billing the next day and day after? Are they still bundled? Patient stayed 3 days total from time of surgery to remove a blood clot. Patient continued to have heparin injections, hydration and Alteplase (PRN) for the 2 days after the surgery. Are these billable separately or are they still bundled since they are related to the surgery and no new medical necessity?
