When billing out an electric hearing aid dryer to insurance, is there tax applied to the charge? Or is that only done when it is a self pay charge?

We do not charge tax when billing to insurance companies. What code are you using to bill the dryer?

I used 99070 and then in the comments put the the dry and store in that line
