I need help billing filler for a gender dysphoria diagnosis. Doctor is using Juvederm and Voluma. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I code for Plastics and have only seen Juvederm products used for cosmetic procedures - patients pay OOP.
You might check the LCD for CPT 11950 or check with the insurance company to see if this is a covered service. My guess is no - good luck!
