Our IOP program is just getting started, and I'm looking for information on billing codes for Medicaid. We are using the code H0015 that states 3 hours 3 days a week of intensive outpatient.
I want to know if I can also bill individual counseling 90832-90840 when a patient is seen by a LADC, and eval/management codes when the client is seen for a med check/adjustment by the physician 99201-99205/99211-99215?
I know that the code H0015 can not be billed on the same day as any other service, but I want to know if it can be billed on a separate day?
