MY PROVIDER DID A 20610 KNEE INJ WITH 4cc depo-Medrol 20mg. WHAT IS THE CORRECT WAY TO BILL IT. DOES THE NUMBER OF cc'S MATTER OR ONLY THE MG'S.

20 mg of depo medrol is J1020. Bill for the amount of MG administered. The med is mixed into a solution for injection. The amount of solution doesn't matter. It does matter if used to determine how many MGs are given.
