Billing labs done in the office on the same day as a video visit

Is it acceptable to bill for a video visit with the provider and include in that claim any lab tests that the provider requested the patient come into the office for? For instance, a provider sees a patient via video (or phone) for sore throat and the patient comes into the office later in the day for a rapid strep test. Is that something that can be billed together?
