I work for a physician group that has 2 locations under the same Group NPI and Tax ID number. One office is in GA, and the other is in FL. The FL office has a high complexity confirmation lab in house that both locations use to process their UDS. I know that the POS is 11. Wouldn't box 32 be the location of where the UDS was collected? The UDS is billed on the date of collection, correct? Thank you in advance for your help.
