Wiki Billing Medicare for 80055

I have been referred an issue from our lab billing person. The billing office is telling her that for a Medicare care she should remove the OB Panel charge (80055) and then bill the components individually. The billing office is referencing some information that they found on an Ingenix website that this cane be done as a OPPS crosscoding. I have never heard of OPPS crosscoding. Any information or direction would be appreciated.
