Wiki Billing Medicare for Drug Screens

I work in a Pain Management office and my Doctor is required by the DEA to perform Drug Screens on any patients taking narcotics. I have followed all of the medicare guide lines that we find and they keep denying them. does anyone have any ideas?

I am having the same problem with medicare. They keep rejecting the payments of the drug screens. The remark codes are N286, N265, N276. :(
