Good morning Coders,

I have a physician who billed Mohs stage 1 17311 on Nov. 12, 2013 now wants to bill the
2nd stage 17312 on 11-22-13 same anatomical site now we all know you cannot bill the add-on code without the primary code any suggestions please.
