Wiki Billing multiple labor epidurals

Typically our on-call doc does the labor epidurals on a given day for our patients and typically they do more than 1 epidural a day. When one doc does more than 1 patient resulting in overlapping start/stop times, does this warrant the QK modifier?? How does everyone else bill for these scenarios?
