I am wondering what are the specifications in billing a new patient office visit for
Dermatology? If a patient comes in for a wart removal, can you still bill a New Patient office visit with the destruction for wart removal??

yes, you code OV just like any other new office visit with modifier 25 along with destruction of warts. Was the wart shaved? then you might have to code it as shave removal.
