Wiki Billing out 57282 Colpopexy Extrapritoneal Approach and 57250 Repair rectocele can these 2 codes be billed together

Hello, I keep getting conflicting discussions on whether or not the 57282 Colpopexy and the 57250 repair of rectocele can be billed out together..
I was told that the Colpopexy included the Rectocele repair.

There is no MCR NCCI edit existing between the two codes (which is the guidelines most insurance companies follow) so I don't think it's inclusive. There are also no coding guidelines that state they can't be billed together. If an insurance does deny it inclusive then it may be due to their own payer specific policy.
A rectal exam however is included CPT 57282.
