Hello,

I work for an orthopedic practice and we are going to start offering a joint replacement class for patients who are scheduled for THA/TKA. We are planning to bill Principle Care Management for this class. Does anyone have any experience in this that could advise what information must be documented for the class to be billable? We will have the consent and start and stop time, but do we need to include any patient history, etc?
