I work for a nephrology clinic and our doctors see patient's in both the hospital and office.

We are currently seeing a patient in the hospital that has ESRD and anti GMB disease. For the ESRD, they are getting hemodialysis and for the antiGMB the patient is receiving plasmapheresis.

Can we bill both on the same day? They have different diagnoses. Any information on this subject will be of great help!
