Good Afternoon,

We have a new facility that is not completely credentialed as a surgery center at this time. We have started doing procedures in the new facility but are not billing out facility charges. I recently noticed that our professional side of the practice is billing for the providers services using POS 24; even though, our facility has not completed accreditation.

Is this correct, or should the professional side be using POS 11 for procedures at this time?
