I have started to get a denial for procedure code stating
Review: Central Nervous System & E&M Code Review Required [BR-017824]
[Insurance Default] Per payor guidelines, Procedure Code 96127 may no longer be reported for tests that are reportable as part of an E&M service when performed. Please review the procedure coding on the Claim Edit screen. Is this code no longer usable. I cannot find any information on it anywhere.
