Hi! My question is on the billing with the 1500. Since drug was purchased by hospital and administered there, and hospital is billing drug and TC on the 1450, when the HCPCS is listed on the 1500 for the professional admin only:
1) for the HCPCS, do they put $0 in charges, or .01 so that is no issue processing it?
2) do they put the total dosage/units although they are not charging for it?
3) is it recommended that they add "admin fee only" in box 19 or anywhere else allowed on the form?
