Help, ASC patient came in for procedure and was given anesthesia, when we started had to immediately cancel procedure due to a large buildup of blockage and we could not view the area. Is it appropriate to bill 64628 with modifier74 on both facility side and for the provider side do we use the 74 modifier? or do we bill it at all? How do you approach this?
