Hi, I work for a billing department that does the billing for serveral Physicians. Recently, we recruited a Pulmonologist. He is looking into doing a Respiratory Rehab. Program at his office one to two days a week. Is it possible for him to do this and bill the Respiratory Therapeutic Service codes G0237, G0238, and G0239 if he performs the services not a Respiratory Therapist? I understand that theses services cannot be done the same day as and E/M.
