Do you know how to bill this?? Do we need to add any modifier?? keep on getting denied stating that per Medicare CCI guidelines, procedure code G0180 has an unbundle relationship with procedure code G0179

G0180 is certification of home health services where G0179 is re-certification of home health services. G0181 is Care Plan Oversight that cannot be submitted for the same date of service as the certification or recertification of home services.
