Wiki Billing question

Hey all,

I am billing for an optometrist and wanted to know why box 14 needs to be filled out if i am using dx code 930.9?? I am not able to submit the eclaim without filling out box 14.

You will need the date of injury (the date when the patient got the foreign body in his/her eye).
