Wiki billing S&I when stent and heart cath done

We are having a little disagreement in our office about being able to bill the S&I for a heart cath when it is done with a stent. Does anyone have a copy of this in writing from the coding answer book for this year that they could share to help solve this discussion. Thanks!!
