I have a final MRI report of the right shoulder that the radiologist put in his impression that it would be his preference to bill for table time only because much of the humerus and humeral head are obscured due to susceptibility artifact from surgical appliances. In the body of the report put the same thing and added "however there are several findings which may be gleaned from the examination". He listed several other impressions in addition to the impression about table time. Would it be correct to bill 73221 TC 52 or to bill 73221 TC? Any help with this is greatly appreciated!
