billing to DME clearinghouse for dressings

Are there any derms, more specifically mohs surgeon offices that use collagen /puracol dressings and bill to a DME clearinghouse for these ? There is a code for these dressing, but have to be billed to the DME clearinghouse for your area. Is it worth it to get enrolled to be able to bill for these dressings?
