Wiki billing upper extrem with LHC ?

started radial approach- able to access & did upper extrem angio (with cine).
unable to advance catheter beyond brachial area, aborted & entered femoral artery to proceed with LHC. Doc dictated & filmed finding of upper extrem stenosis. Can we bill 36140 & 75710 along with LHC?
