Need advice/help on billing for non emergency transportation for disabled seniors/veterans and patients with no transportation, but need assistance getting to and from their physical address to doctor's appt and/or hospital.
Please advise. I called Medicare and they stated they do not cover transportation (?) but how about other carriers?

I'm in Texas so any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
