Can anyone tell me if this is an injectable bone-substitute material? Or is this considered an autograft?

My provider is using this during removal of right femur antibiotic nail and placement of definitive right cephalomedullary femoral nail with BIO 4 supplementation at nonunion site and Op Report states:

10 cc of thawed BIO 4 viable bone matrix mixed with 1 g of powdered vancomycin was placed in and around the nonunion site to aid in bony healing. Appropriate placement was confirmed under fluoroscopic imaging

I am trying to see if this qualifies for 0869T

Thank you!
