I bill Indiana Workers Comp and we dispense TONS of Biofreeze in our practice right now I am billing under 99070 and usually rec'd payment but also alot of denials. I dont think i can bill under the ndc cause its not fda approved yet (i think) any suggestions thank you Melissa Newfies Save Lives
