I think I know the answer to this but I want to make sure. A patient was in, in the morning for a biopsy on the cheek. One suture was placed. The patient left the visit ok. Later the wound was bleeding the patient came back to OUR urgent care for the bleeding. A different doctor for the urgent care placed one suture and this stopped the bleeding. Is a suture repair billable or should this be under global? Thank you
