My provider completed an endometrial biopsy and gave an HPV vaccination. I am wondering if the vaccination code 90471 would need the modifier 59 since it was given at the same visit as the biopsy? So far I have it coded as

99213,25
58100
90649
90471 (59?)

Would this be correct?
