We are an Ophthalmic Surgical Center, some of the providers are requesting to utilize both a BioStent and Zepto (not concurrently) with their surgeries. I am not able to find any codes that pertain to the billing of BioStent. I was able to locate 0514T that I believe can be used for Zepto. How would I locate the proper codes for BioStent and Zepto?
