I have a doctor who document bipolar disorder in partial remission, most recent episode unspecified type, and also in the same DOS Major depressive disorder, single episode, moderate. Can I code F31.75?eventough the code does not give us the specificity for depression?.

When bipolar is currently in remission(F31.7-), just refers to must recent episode depressed, can anybody can help me?, thanks in advance.
