Wiki Bladder biopsy x 7

I need help on an operative report. I need to know how many sites I can actually bill for?

The pathology report indicates
A. Right posterior bladder wall
B. Right Dome of Bladder
C. Left Dome of Bladder
D. Right superior lateral bladder wall
E. Anterior Dome
F. Right Lateral Bladder wall
G. Right Prostate (Prostatic Urethra)

I know I can bill the A and F. There are 3 different biopsies taken on the dome. Can I bill 2 separate sites? Or just one for the dome? What about superior lateral bladder wall? And where does prostatic urethra fit in??

Any help would be appreciated!

52204 once. Similar to 55700 (prostate bx) you wouldn't bill for each biopsy site.
