The urology group that I work for would like to know if they are able to perform a more in depth assessment when performing their bladder scans (51798). I am not finding that CPT code, 51798, expands beyond this so I am unsure what CPT code to use if any to justify a more in depth assessment.

I suppose it depends on what "in depth assessment" means. Maybe there is a significant and separately identifiable E&M performed. Maybe they are performing other or additional testing. In depth assessment is simply too vague to make any recommendation on a CPT code.
