I would appreciate anyone's help with this coding scenario.
Patient states that she has problems with leaking urine with stress.
Patient voided with a full bladder and voided approximately 175 cc. Post void residual was 0.5 cc and sent off for urine culture. Her Q-Tip test was positive at about 50 degrees.
Her first sensation on retrograde filling was at 150 cc. Full sensation was at approximately 240 cc. She was unable to demonstrate leaking in the supine position and on standing there was slight leaking.
She was referred to urologist for further urodynamic testing. Also given information regarding pessary.
Would this be 51728? Thank you in advance.
