Can anyone help me with a dx code for bladder to skin fistula?

Note reads: Female patient evaluated and found with what appears to be a fistula from the bladder to the skin in view of the type of fluid found in the colostomy bag that was placed on to the dehiscence wound. Patient has attached colostomy bag in the anterior lower abdominal wall.

Thanks for any help.
 
Try code 596.2. It includes a vesicocutaneous fistula, which is an abnormally formed connection between the bladder (vesico-) and the exterior surface of the body (-cutaneous). Good luck!
