Please help!.(Medicare patient) ... Surgeon performed a Bleb revision during the procedure found the original Xen shunt was broken and decided to place a secondary Xen. Would the Bleb revision continue to be the primary procedure or would the insertion becomes the primary procedure. Please advise how would you code?
