I have a patient who had a laprascopic prostatectomy by Dr. A. While still on the OR table Dr. A notices a retropubic venous bleeder. He calls in Dr. B to repair the bleeder. Dr. B opens the patient up and sutures the bleeder. Dr. B is not in the same group as Dr. A. How do I code Dr. B's portion of the surgery?
