Wiki bleeding after medical abortion

Patient presents to ED with vaginal bleeding. 23 days previously patient was given "an abortion pill" for a 7 week IUP. One week later the patient had a follow-up ultrasound and it showed that the embryo got absorbed. The patient had been bleeding lightly since she was given the medication along with minimal spotting. On day 24, the patient is bleeding with small clots.
The physician documents as final dx: vaginal bleeding before 22 weeks gestation and medical abortion.
Would 635.92 be an appropriate dx in this case?

From what I can gather from your note the Dr. does not say Hemorrhage (if he/she did then I would use 635.12
