The patient has a very challenging set of medical problems with a recent acute myocardial infarction requiring stent. Pt. has had stent placement, but this is somewhat tenuous because of the previous thrombosis. Unfortunately, pt has a large bleeding cecal mass, most likely a carcinoma of the colon.

The only dx code I could come up is 569.89, but I'm not sure. Please help.
