We have always required visual field testing taped and untapped for any blepharoplasty or tarso levator resection or
advancement. Now I have someone telling me all we need is photos, a letter or office visit from her eye doctor, and
our doctor's note stating that the surgery is medically necessary. Does anyone have expertise in this?
