Is "Blind Stomach" and "Blind Loop Syndrome" the same thing?

The chart that I am coding states that the patient had Rouyan Y Surgery and now has "Blind Stomach" as a complication of this surgery.

I was leaning towards 579.2. Would like to get the opinions of other coders.
