Need help with coding post-op pain blocks. Can you code 76942-26(ultrasound guidance) with each block that is performed? for instance if the doctor does 64447,64445 can you bill ultrasound guidance for each block? Another question is can you bill for single shot injection(64447)and continuous with cath placement(64448)at same time?
