we have been getting different answers from various providers... we are trying to decipher the different types of blocks and what they should be called.. we have gotten some info from this source http://thepainsource.com/cpt-codes-pmr-pain-management-billing-and-coding/... but still are unsure of what is truely correct. can anyone help with this please. thanks.
 
Yes this list is correct. Always consult the CPT book and your local LCD's for coverage limitations and guidelines for various insurance carriers as some of these are not covered or require certain supporting dianosis codes.
